The staff was informative, the room was en suite and new-fashioned with a great view. There was a wide array of lovely meals. The location was great for walking around a friendly museum.
Evening meals were missing.

My daughter enjoyed the friendliness of the guests as well as the employees. The suggestion for hike to the castle was great! Thank you.
Please consider lowering the volume of the DJ/music. With a b&b, people like me stay to communicate with "new" friends and acquaintenances. The volume of the music caused a situation where we had to shout to communicate. We ended up leaving the bar much earlier than planned, and so did 3 other people we talked to, simply because of the volume of the music. Once in the room the music interferred with going to sleep---. Will also save the hearing. I am amazed that so many are so concerned about being environmentally careful, yet will willingly, like sheep, loose their hearing at an early age because of lack of hearing protection and volume control. Simply fixes that you can institute!

The fact that they mixed up our booking and got a back room instead of a sea view.We did not except this and ended up in a far better hotel the Club house in Nairn
The fact that we booked our room in April and confirmed it a week before our arrival date. But they still got it wrong.

Nice "pub" feel; parking nearby; nice view and pleasant beach environment. The pub dining was a little expensive (wine), but nice food. Friendly, helpful staff.
